ok, I got the M, I'm female 5ft 5 inches, size 14, not muscle or flumpy. Just a normal female (if there is such a thing). Well these were delivered this morning, I put one on straight away as my elbow funny bone? is hurting like mad, feels like electric going through my arm when touched - anyway, I put this on, theres a strap that goes around just under your elbow, don't know why probably some medical sport injury evidence saying that you need it? Straight away i felt relief, arghh perfect I thought. I felt supported by the strap and the tension of the glove thingy BUT, the wrist bit was too big, I felt no support at all at about half way between my elbow and wrist. Plus the top of the glove thingy was tight, now I ain't fat (no bingo wings) or muscle but it felt tight and as time was going 5 minutes into arghhh moment, it started to irritate, not sure if this was because it was tight, my skin or the hemming of the glove thingy. But when i took it off i noticed a deep indent on my top arm muscle area, i looked at the glove thingy and there was a deep thick hem in it. I gather it was for extra support while moving, which i did feel supported but within 10 minutes I was pulling it off due to the irritation. The small would have been even tighter, the large would of been really loose on the wrist, but it might of fitted better on the top part?? not sure. So to sum it up - I found it supportive on the upper arm, too loose on the wrist and irritable after a while.

Bit fiddly to get on, but once in place they stay put.Very good quality, and value for money.Would recommend

These do exactly what you'd expect, but they do it without the usual associated discomfort. They're breathable, have all seams beautifully finished - so are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods and give a really helpful amount of support where needed. Great product at a great price - can't ask for more than that.

Comes as a pair and there’s no right or left,same constructions that can be used on both arms.After one day of wearing just one (as I recently developed an obstruction pain on my left arm) I can say that somehow all that pain was reduced to some cramps.Firm hold (a bit too stretchy for me) and the top of the sleeves has a rubber anti slip protection underneath.Right length but I will recommend to get a size up as after a couple of hours compression can be a bit annoying.For everything else it is a quality product for therapeutic purposes.

I am a delivery driver and after delivering heavy marble fire places, it has taken a toll on my arms. I had been having issues with the tendons in my right forearm getting tight sporadically for several weeks maybe due to all the heavy lifting. From the moment I took these out of the package, I was surprised with their quality. They were exactly as tight as I needed, and even though they are quite thick they do breath incredibly well. I have had them for about 3 weeks now and would gladly recommend them to anyone. I put them on first thing before I go to work and that tightness seems to fade a way slightly. I go ahead and wear them all day at work and thit is very comfortable. After 3 weeks, the tightness is pretty much gone, but I will still wear for work for a few more weeks to make sure.

These compression arm sleeves offer decent support and are also a good length. My arms are of normal proportions; not hugely muscular with massive biceps. Thus, I found the fitting to be just right. From the bicep area to my wrist, my arm was fully supported.If you need support and want a compression sleeve then go wrong with this.
