Was excited to receive! I love science based products. Price is not a problem when something does what it says and it does!!!Based on another review I did up my dose. I’m 264 lbs with hypertension. So until my weight comes down more I need the extra blood flow help to avoid the massive HA(heart attack and stroke)Taste is fine and it can make your tongue and roof of mouth raw, but it’s a great trade off for the results. I mean it’s nitric oxide so of course a slight burning feeling makes sense.I’ve ordered 2 more since I’m doubling the dose. Maybe when my weight is lower and my BP is lower I can take the recommended dose. Got an extra bottle for my BF too!

I'm a 77 year old female and I've noticed that I have more energy and alertness after about 2 weeks. I had a Kyphoplasty on my T12 Vertebrae 2 years ago and have much pain lying flat on my back on the floor. Now after 30 days I've noticed that when I lay on the floor for stretching I no longer wince in back pain, also I'm sleeping 7 hours instead of intermittent 5 hours a night. And I have a new sense of calm in this crazy political climate SoYes I think this is truly working for me! Yes it's pricey but the benefits are worth it to me.

Well, like many other reviews of this product, I experienced adverse effects. I was ok at first. I took the nitric oxide lozenges for about two weeks, twice a day (12 hrs apart). Then on about the 14th day my hard and soft palate and my tongue swelled up. I didn’t connect the swelling to the nitric oxide at first and I actually took two more doses (24 hrs apart). My soft palate swell enough during the night that it woke me up because I was having a little trouble breathing. I started connecting the dots at this point and stopped the nitric oxide lozenges. It took 6 or 7 day for my palate to get back to normal and my tongue about 10 days because the product actually did tissue damage, similar to chemical burns, to my palate and tongue. I don’t know why my mouth tolerated them for almost two weeks and then suddenly did not, but once my mouth did not it was bad. As far as a nitric oxide boost from the product, I can’t say that I noticed any benefit there either, which was unfortunate because I had high hopes for the product.

I have enjoyed using this product - it has delivered the results you get this of product for. Here's the catch - the same catch with most of this products. You need about 4mg daily to get the best results BUT the No2 products don't tell you how much you are actually getting - etc. Not deceptive but questionable. This delivers 2mg per dose. I took it 2x daily - "recommendation are once daily. IT is also not a "lozenge" --- not accurate - it more like a tums - kind of nasty tasting too. Best to crush it (easy) and rinse it down with some water. Took about 3 weeks to see physical effects as your body builds up. I recommend it - if you take 2 "doses" a day. Avoid these products that are fille with vague marketing jargon - stick to numbers.

Product has been great so far. The taste isn’t like candy but definitely not like these drama queens on here that are complaining. And if you’re wanting these to be sweet then you’re probably not serious about your health yet.

Careful with these. I'm a 67 year old white male and took them for about 30 days before some scary symptoms. I work a lot outside on my 50 acres. I noticed my legs were weak and it took me a while to put aside other reasons. Then i looked up symptoms. Weak legs was number one. I mean i had trouble walking in a straight line. Sometimes i would feel slight dizziness when bending down to work. This was another symptom. The recommended doze. is two pills a day and i only took one a day. So i quit taking them so i can walk normal

I take one of these tabs, whenever I think about it - probably about 4 each day. I notice the difference in my vascular comfort.
