Reliable drone with 4K camera, GPS, obstacle avoidance
The media could not be loaded. As someone who enjoys flying drones, I was eager to test out the Potensic Dreamer Pro 4K drone, and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised with the results, given the low light conditions during the evening. The 4K camera on this drone is remarkable, and it captured highly detailed and sharp footage that turned out to be quite impressive, considering the dim light. The camera is supported by a 3-axis gimbal, which delivered steady and stable footage even in windy conditions. The drone offers various advanced flight modes that make it incredibly versatile and user-friendly. The GPS positioning feature is outstanding, enabling the drone to maintain its position in the sky even in challenging conditions. The automatic return-to-home and obstacle avoidance sensors make it easy to control and capture footage with minimal effort. The Potensic Dreamer Pro 4K drone also has a commendable battery life, offering up to 31 minutes of flight time, which is sufficient to capture extended footage without worrying about recharging the battery.Overall, I found this drone to be highly dependable, with exceptional stability in the air, precision, and accuracy. Its technical features make it an ideal choice for any drone enthusiast looking for a high-quality drone that can handle a range of challenges, even in low-light conditions. The Potensic Dreamer Pro 4K drone is undoubtedly a standout product in its category and price range.

Excellent stability and image/video quality
The media could not be loaded. The Potensic Dreamer Pro drone is a fantastic choice for aerial photography and videography. Its stable flight, 3-axis camera stabilization, and phone-compatible remote make it easy to control and produce high-quality footage. We’ve had several Potensic and other drones and this one is definitely an upgrade in the following- ease of use / stability- image/ video quality- functionality with phone (you view on the phone while flying and this is the best experience we’ve had with a drone so far — specifically no glitching / lag / jumping)Also the carry case is very nice and the battery life is impressive. If you want to take your aerial content creation to the next level, this drone is a great choice. It’s a very nice drone but suitable for an intermediate user.

High quality drone with easy to use features
The media could not be loaded. I've been hunting for a good deal on a drone on and off for a while now and finally decided to give Potensic a try. Overall, my first impressions have been great! I've tried to compile list of what I really like and maybe one or two nitpicks that don't impact the overall experience.Things it does well:• Simple controls: For someone just getting into drones and drone photography, the controls on both the controller and the app were very well laid out and intuitive to use. All smart functions were easy to set up and configure.• Outstanding camera quality: My wife and I were blown away at the camera quality and reliability. I can clearly make out cars (and their color!) over a mile and a half away during flight. The video storage is just like any other camera-to-sdcard style action camera, so GoPro type workflows will be very familiar• Flight time: I got well over 20 minutes of flight time leaving about 30% to spare on my longest outing. I wasn't brave enough yet to have the drone far away try to make an emergency return trip on low battery. As far as I can tell it would be fine, I just didn't want to push it.• Flight speed and control distance: I pushed the drone about a 1/4 mile out before I lost visual contact and had zero issues maintaining control of the drone, even in a neighborhood area with trees and such. I'm certain I could push farther if I had a spotter to maintain visual contact.• Quiet: Drones make noise, that's just unavoidable, but my neighbor commented on how quiet it was compared to other drones used at concerts and the like.• Packaging: Having a full hard-sided carrying case with dedicated storage for all the bits is excellent and I'm glad it came with one.Nitpicks that I think could be better:• USB-C: The controller is charged via the same port that the phone connects to, and that port is unfortunately Micro USB. Not the end of the world, but with the migration towards Type-C, it would have been nice to have. If the battery could also be charged via Type-C, that would be an extra bonus, but not a must have.• Camera flex cable: I don't know how to do this better, but I would be slightly afraid of the camera cables taking damage on any incidental contact. It seems relatively ok protection-wise and it's a really beefy cable, but I think having it hidden internally mike make it less prone to damage.• Turning camera video stutter: I'm not sure if its the gimbal or something about how the camera records the video, but when doing yaw rotations, the video can get stuttery. It's a bit visually unpleasant at high rotation rates, but I greatly was able to reduce how much I noticed by rotating more slowly.

Fun for 30 seconds but no spare parts
This drone was fun to fly for the 30 seconds but inevitably, I crashed it. No big deal...except that the camera gimbal broke right off the bat (cheap design) and of course, there are no replacement parts for it on Amazon nor on Potensics website. In fact, I can't find a replacement gimbal anywhere for this drone. Propellers are easy to replace but the camera is not.I've reached out to their support folks to see if they can help and will update this review when they respond.UPDATE: this is not a drone for beginners in it's current design. The photos show exactly how poorly designed and supported the gimbal is. Cheap parts, cheap drone, no replacement gimbal available online (even though in the QA it says there is -- I checked and it's out of stock and not available either from the company's website). Go start with a different drone. I'm going to be requesting a refund since there was clearly no intention of ever supporting this drone in terms of parts.UPDATE 2: Support got back to me and apologized and said they are having trouble getting parts from the factory. They sent me a link to the replacement gimbal on Amazon....which is also out of stock and appears to have been out of stock for at least a year if not longer :/
