I am penning this review after using the daybreak toothbrush for over three weeks.The good:1. Very different and thoughtfully designed outer case - has vents which keep the brush dry. The slot in one side of the case allows for an easy pick from the otherwise snugly fitting carry case.2. The brush itself is also excellently designed. The faceted handgrip helps in rolling the brush in the mouth. It also prevents the brush unit from rolling when kept on a flat surface, thus preventing the bristles from getting dirty. The grip is long enough for the Indian hands and is also suitable for kids.3. The vibrations of the brush: has three modes. I found the buzz of the high speed mode very addictive. The thoughtfully programmed 2 minute brush cycle may appear too long, but trust me, the 30sec x four cycles for each of the four quadrants in the oral cavity are just perfect and I’ve many a times used it for double the time.The slower vibration modes can be effectively used for gum massage and May lull you into a sleepy / drowsy state that feels nice.4. The actual brush head: the bristles are soft but firm enough and from my use of three weeks twice a day, they will surely last longer than the declared life of three months. The spare brush head is a really thoughtful addition.The not so good: the press button that starts the vibrations is sensitive and initially I kept restarting the brush cycle , which isn’t such a bad idea anyways.But as promised by the manufacturer, the entire unit is really waterproof, so, if you wish to brush and stand under a hot shower, so so without fear.The photos I’ve uploaded clearly dipict all the points I’ve listed above.So, in conclusion- I strongly recommend that you get this toothbrush an I am sure you will also gift it to your loved ones after you have used yours for a few weeks.I only wish they would come in different colours , and not just the two shades that are available now. The colours will help identify the ownership .So a suggestion to the manufacturers- at least provide the changeable brush tip in different colours..

Extremely disappointed that the brush stopped working within 2 use and I am left with no option to use it without the electric features because the product cannot be returned. If you’re looking for a practical electric toothbrush, this is not the one. Their toothpaste is great though.

I bought this product because it looked really sleek and came with a carry case and replaceable head that no other brand offers at this price point.The brush is well weighted and has a minimal design that is really convenient to use.I used this brush for around 8 months and it worked perfectly, I only had to change the batteries once after around 6 months. A few weeks back the motor inside the brush began malfunctioning so I spoke to their customer care and within 3 days I had a replacement unit at my doorstep. This was one of the most seamless experiences I have ever had.Would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

The brush worked exceptionally well for few days. Post which I observed that the electric function has stopped and all I am left with is a regular toothbrush. I replaced the toothbrush head and checked still no use. I want to use the warranty feature to get this sorted. There is no way to do so on Amazon website. I would like to have the support in this matter.

The product is well packed and comes with a extra brush head. The case of the toothbrush is quite unique and well designed. I like that there are the modes in this product, you can switch the modes by pressing the power button once. There is also a 2 minute timer for each mode that ensures that the teeth are brushed properly. This product does the comes with batteries. You need 2 AAA batteries for this.Overall a great product for the price. Go for it.

The customer service is good, got my replacement instantly when the first one stopped working. Now after couple of months even the replacement has stopped working. I have used several electric toothbrushes and I really loved this one. The grip, ease of use, battery life everything is good except the fact that it won’t last for more than3-4 months at beat.

The product is faulty. I bought it as a gift for someone, they returned it saying it doesn't work at all. Now return time is over. What should I do with it ? No one contacted me so far, have written 3 times. Amazon customer service also not available for this. Stuck with a product which is new, of no use. Wasted money on it

I purchased the brush in Feb 2024 and it stopped working in July 2024.I have been trying to call the customer care number on multiple occasions but no one answers. No response on social media either.Really bad experience given that the product is not working within 4-5 months and there is no after sales support either.
