Love it!!! Works great on my sciatica. Does get real warm so I use it on low.

My wife was very pleased with this purchase, the combination of vibration & heat gave her big relief to the pain in her lower back! The heat was a bit high.

It is very stiff.It doesn’t get hot enough, it only has 2 heat settings.It’s also very loud. It even made my dogs uncomfortable.

I don’t often write product reviews because most don’t deserve it. This product far exceeded my expectations. It’s a great value. I put it on my back at night and move it to different places over the course of the night. It goes off but will turn back on after about 20-30 minutes. It has helped me sleep and feel comfortable. I also put it under my neck to relieve neck pain. Don’t need to wrap it. Just lie down and put it under your back for relief.

I wanted a heating pad for my back to help relieve muscle cramps while working at my desk.Unfortunately, this thing is so thick and bulky (I measure it to be 1.5" thick), that it throws my back out of alignment if I sit with my back against the backrest of my office chair. Additionally, not only is the belt padded where the heating elements and vibration pads are, it's padded the whole way around -- even the extension belt is padded. Speaking of the extension piece, if your waist is bigger than about 36 inches you WILL need the extension piece which makes this whole thing even more ungainly and bulky.The result of adding several extra inches all the way around is that you can't really position it well if you need heat below your belt line because you almost certainly won't be wearing pants with 3-4 extra inches of slack at the office. Likewise, you couldn't even hope to conceal it with a sport jacket or pullover because of how unreasonably bulky it is.Lastly, while there are several different vibration modes (which automatically turn-on), there's only a single heat setting.

love this product it is great for pain or just relaxing your back area. It relaxed me so much I was able to sleep.

Received it today and I surprised at how big it is. It does work as I need it for when I'm having back pains or cramping. So,far it works and when used with the massager big difference.

Doesn't heat up anymore after 4 uses.
