Initially upset but company made it better.
As soon as I plugged the item in, it crackled, fizzed and just didn’t work. What a disappointment.*COMPANY SORTED IT*After leaving the review the company got in touch and have now sorted it. The product is fully working and I am extremely happy with it. 5 stars for both the product and the company.

Keeping going faulty
These work great for a few months then start switching on and off by themselves I have bought three of these and two of them have gone faulty within a few months

Love this product, very easy to use .
I could never quite understand digital timers,so when I purchased this smart plugs,I did not know what to expect, but to my surprise its really easy to use,love the app ,well worth the money..

Stopped working in 18 months
The media could not be loaded. Don't know what's a normal lifespan of this item but this morning just woke up to find the outlet making a crackling noise and all lights on it turned red. Tried to restart several times with the same result. Disappointed to see it died so quickly.

Check the wires
The product overall works well with Home Assistant, but be sure to open and check the wires upon receiving it. In my case, I found that the neutral wire was lying on the live pin and was pushed down by the body.Insulation was already slightly cut. The button on the side seems to be a thermal fuse. (I drew a red line where the neutral wire was lying. See pics)

My knees like it!
Located under the computer desk which is awkward to access I can now turn off any accessories which are not in use. Individual control is surprisingly easy.Pity it does not have holes in the back to enable fixing to the wall.

Connecting it using wifi and the 2.4GHZ thing is a bit tricky

Faulty after 18 months - do not buy
The media could not be loaded. Like in so many other reviews, this failed after working fine for a while - at exactly 18 months this power strip is now making disturbing whistling and clicking noises (which you can hear on my video) and the lights plugged into it are flickering. This product could be unsafe and I will have to buy a better replacement. Contacted seller who was not prepared to resolve this as 1 year warranty had run out.
