Great headset! Tactile on off switch is a handy feature....and I'm not sure if it is an undocumented feature, but if you extend the mix boom up vertical while you are wearing them, they auto-mute!

I purchased this product in december and it only lasted me 3 months… barely 3 months! Lots of connection issues. It disconnects my phone from the headset a lot. Some say you hear static, I did. And it’s not the best for call center as you have to answer the phone within a few seconds and if you have the headset up on mute, you have to wait for it to say “mute off” and than you can talk .

I really like this headset. Although for some reason... when I first got it, it would pair as soon as I turned it on. Then something happened and I need to manually pair it by pushing the button on the dongle, and then placing the headset in pairing mode. It only takes it a few seconds. If my phone's bluetooth happens to be on when I turn on the headset, it pairs with that automatically. Must be something I am not understanding. But regardless, it does what I need it to do, and I am on Zoom calls, Teams calls, Google, Webex calls all day long. I think it is very comfortable to wear, and I often forget to take it off my head after meetings end. I've seen many reviews complaining about it disconnecting. Its never disconnected on me, and I have been using it daily for 6 months. I can walk downstais and make coffee, and it stays connected although I have been told I sound garbled when I venture that far away from the computer. The mic and speaker quality is good too.

I would love to be able to give this product five stars because while it worked it was an excellent headset with excellent sound quality. Unfortunately not even 6 months after purchasing the headset Ihad to replace it because the microphone stopped working. Had it not been for that issue I would be able to give this product a stellar review I have ordered a second one with hopes that this one is a better product. I would have liked a refund but it was past my return time frame.

The microphone will randomly not work. It’s very rarely but it’s very inconvenient when it stops. Other than that it’s great! I use it for my full time job and battery lasts quite a while.
