One point was defective, however customer service is top notch!
One of the points was so loose I could insert it by hand. I had to glue it in to get it to stay. I won’t purchase these in the future.Update: 12/05/23 Red Dragon has offered me a full refund for the purchase. That's impressive considering only one point out of the six ordered was defective.I'm a believer in second chances and in customer service like this.Thank you for reaching out to me.
