I bought this steel ladder from Bathla because the height seemed perfect To reach my ceiling hence making it very easy to clean them any light fixtures, fans, air-conditioners and hard to reach roof corners of the house. It’s the first time I have purchased a steel ladder instead of a traditional aluminium one, The ladder is very sturdy and seems like it was built for heavy duty routines, it also has a safety lock that is reassuring. The ladder folds perfectly flat and can be stored away when not in use. The look of the ladder is very clean and modern almost making it a house all accessory. Lastly the ladder is lightweight and can be carried around my home without a hassle! Bathla never fails to disappoint.

It is made of mild steel and heavy to carry around unlike aluminium ladder. Quality can be better. Plastic foot came cracked. Circular Stickers in each step moved to some other place indicating poor quality of sealant. Quality control is lacking. Otherwise it is sturdy. Only well built persons can handle it easily.

The product is good and very useful. However, the anti-skid shoe was missing. The anti-skid shoes are subjected to wear and tear. So additional four anti-skid shoes may be provided with the product.I have raised a request to replace the item as one shoe was missing during delivery.

The steel is very thin and its not all weather protected. Will start rusting if kept outdoors to sun and rain. Is very fragile and shakes alot. Suggest to go for the aluminium series
