I have curly hair-- so trying to find products to manage the curls without looking greasy or stiff-- can be difficult. I also like to straighten my hair and I hate buying different products to manage the different styles I like. I have been using this for about a week.... it is very light weight and does not weigh my hair down. So far it has been controlling the fly aways and the frizz when I leave my hair curly. It does not have the "stiff" look of you have product in your hair... look. It is also very nice when I straighten my hair-- leaves a gentle shine to the hair. I love that it has black truffle which is a fungus (mushroom type)-- there is so much to say about infused products with benefits! You only need a little bit because a little bit goes a long way! I have below shoulder length hair-- and I use about 2-3 squirts in my palms, massage my palms together and then run my fingers through my hair-- starting at the scalp and downward!It is expensive... however.. it is good! I feel this will last me more than a month of using it everyday. I am very pleased with the product!

This is my second product I’ve tried from this company, and both of them are amazing. I’ve used so many leave in conditioners that work, but this one surpasses all of them. I use leave in conditioners to keep my hair hydrated, and to cut down on the frizz, but I also use them on my daughter’s hair because the ends are ALWAYS getting tangled no matter how much, or how many times you condition it. With this, I can basically skip using the conditioner, but I still use just a tiny bit. After I wash her hair, I pump out 2 small pea sized drops of this serum, and comb it through her hair. The teeth of the comb just glide through the strands of her hair. After drying, her hair is so soft and shiny, not to mention it smells amazing, even the next day til her next bath. My hair doesn’t tangle quite like hers, but this adds so much moisture without making it greasy, cuts down on my frizz, and leaves my hair so soft, even after I’ve slept on it. Amazing product, and their hair mask is something else to rave about too! Highly recommend both.

I loved the fragrance of this truffle serum – after using it, the whole bathroom smelled wonderful. After applying to my hair, the fragrance lasted about an hour. I wish the instructions were more precise, as it says “apply a small amount of Truffle Serum on damp or dry hair evenly from the scalp to the ends of the hair” = that doesn't help me decide how much to use on shoulder length hair; and the product is somewhat pricey so I don't want to waste it.This is definitely a “serum” with a somewhat thick consistency and is a transparent blue in color. I applied a “small amount” to my damp hair after shampooing, and the serum was easily absorbed by my hair; but I didn't notice any difference in my hair once it was dry. Later on, I put the product on my palms and then applied it to my dry hair and it helped to tame the frizzy ends that stick up and left my hair shiny and silky. So then I decided to apply some just to the ends of my hair – which are dry and brittle – and that is where I noticed the most difference. The dry brittle ends became softer and more manageable and held curl longer; and that is the area of my hair where I will continue to use this product. Love, love the fragrance.

My main issue with this product is admittedly a very subjective one - the scent is overpowering and not pleasant (to my nose at least.). It is a very strong perfumed smell. I am not someone who is normally sensitive to smells but this is too much for me and it takes some time to dissipate. And if you use any heat on your hair after using the serum be prepared to smell it all over again.Aside from the strong smell it didn't really do a lot for my hair. I have used many different types of hair serum and with some I've had some with great results. This was not my experience with product. Despite the unpleasant scent I wanted to give it a fair shot in case the benefits to my hair would make it worthwhile, so I've used it several times over the past 10 days.The best I can say is that my hair feels softer after using it. It's not a huge difference but it's one plus of this productBe careful not to use too much. A little goes a long way. My hair is below my shoulders and if I use this on the bottom third of my hair it's fine. It doesn't do a lot to smooth or defrizz my hair. It doesn't add any shine either, but it doesn't have any negative effects aside from the smell.However, if I use it near my scalp it makes my hair really greasy really fast. Even if I use just a little bit near my scalp my hair looks really greasy the next day. I normally wash my hair once or twice a week but while using this I've had to watch my hair every other day and sometimes even that felt like I waited too long.I do appreciate that this product has an impressive ingredients list and that it is color safe and cruelty free.

Been looking for a leave-in haircare product that is able to nourish and moisturize the hair while also combating frizz and fly-aways. The main ingredient of this hair serum is truffle, which is a type of fungi – rich in amino acids, vitamins and minerals. So I’m expecting it to be capable of reviving dry, dull-looking hair and taming frizz. This serum is lightweight and packaged in a bottle with a pump for easy application. It does have a subtle scent when massaged into hair strands. My hair feels soft, silky and hydrated without feeling greasy or heavy, a little bit goes a long way. I’d continue using this product consistently to see if it keeps my frizz at a manageable level.

This is a great serum, a little product goes a long way and it adds some shine to my hair without weighing it down. If you add to much oil then it can get heavy. I rub it together in my hands and evenly distribute it to towel dried hair after I wash it. I helps to easy frizz and it smells good, it's strong but not bothersome to me.The serum is an oil and is blue in color. The pump works as it should and the bottle is well made.I like it and didn't have any issues with it.
