Expect honesty
Author honestly states that there is no proven health benefits to the all-meat consumption. While no nutritional value is seen, weight loss is.Also stated are the ways that this way of life can potentially be dangerous to peoples if not approved by physician and even fellow carnivores. However benefits are hair growth, fast growing hair and nails, and even some cardiovascular benefits.

Complete and utter rip-off!!! DO NOT waste your $ on this book!!!
This book is a total disgrace to cookbooks and to books in general, for that matter. The person making money on this is clearly just looking to make a quick buck. There are ENDLESS errors in this book and the recipes are almost complete garbage. The waffle recipe offered did not have waffles or waffle ingredients in it at all - just one of many examples of complete errors in this cookbook. This book is a total joke. DO NOT waste your money on this “train wreck of a cookbook”

A straightforward guide to the carnivore diet
I had not heard a lot about the carnivore diet, so this was an eye-opener for me. The author explains what the diet is and how it works. This includes foods to eat and those to avoid as well as clearing up a lot of the misconceptions around this diet. THen we get into the recipes. They are broken down by meat type, so that is helpful to find what you want. There is also a 7 day meal plan to help get you started. I liked the honest tone that the author takes. He understands that this diet goes against what we have been taught all our lives about health and nutrition. But, the author is also honest in what this diet entails and how it can help. This was an interesting read.

Where to start?
First, the title is very deceiving. There are 50 recipes in this "365 Days of Recipes", which is one of the main reasons I bought it, thinking there would be at least 365 recipes to choose from. Second, for the book part of the cook book, it almost seems like the author is conflicted. I actually thought, "Is this written by an undercover vegetarian trying to dissuade us?" Third, some of the recipes are in grams and others in ounces. Fourth, there are no photos of the meals. Fifth, some of the recipes leave out vital information or don't actually make sense. For example, the recipe for Brisket Bites says to mix the brisket and cheese and then dip in an egg mixture. (Do I cube the brisket first, since they are "bites"? Do I cook the brisket first? Do I use shredded cheese? How does the brisket and cheese hold together in order to dip in egg?) The recipe for lobster tells how to make the sauce, but leaves out how to actually cook the lobster. Last, it is clear the author's first language is not English, but I actually enjoyed coming across the occasional curiously-phrased wording such as to "submit meat under the broiler" or to "harmoniously combine" ingredients. Besides that one bright spot, I'm sorry I bought this book. I'm still trying to figure out how in the world it got so many five-star reviews. Save yourself and keep looking!

Garbage
It's ironic that the author's name is Blake Reed... because he definitely did not "REED" this book before publishing it. Firstly, there are only 50 recipes, not 365. Most of the recipes have the wrong ingredients listed ("chicken" is not an ingredient in any beef brisket recipe, and fruits/vegetables/BBQ sauce are not carnivore), the grammar in the book was so poor that it was very difficult to read & comprehend, and the knowledge of the carnivore diet was at a child's level ......at best. It's obvious that the author did not proof read this book before publishing it. Seriously, don't buy this book.

Carnivore Code
The Carnivore Code is a diet that is all about eating only animal products. I had seen this talked about on tiktok but I was curious so I got this book. This diet is said to help you get to a healthy weight, help deal with depression and anxiety. I have several recipes that we are wanting to make.

Recipes
Although there was a lot of information regarding the carnivore diet, I found the recipes lacking. I would of liked a list of what you can and cannot eat other than meat. Was not what I was looking for.

Cheaply made
The only thing that looks good about it is the cover, the rest of the book looks like printer paper.Hubby was so excited, but he ended up never even reading it, because it wasn’t any more informative than what he knew already and the recipes were not really creative.Buying the book was basically a waste of money. Do not recommend.

Should Have Bought Meat
Poorly written and proof read. The book has some good information on the Carnivore diet. The book contradicts itself constantly as it tells you not to eat any carbohydrates and just to eat meat and yet there are recipies that call for onions, carrots, tomato paste, and pitted prunes. This book was a total waste of my money and I could have used it to buy a steak.

Disappointed
The information in the book is basic and not in line with what I have seen through many YouTube videos as well as books read prior to this purchase. As others have mentioned, don’t expect 365 recipes. There are about 50, some very similar.
