Q: Where does on get the pictured mini tripod?

I got mine through Amazon but purchased a larger one due to a balance problem.

Q: Would this case fit a Luma 450?

Yes, Definitely, it will accomodate the 450. I purchased the 350 and it's the same size. Also, the case has different size options in the foam inserts. I found it better than the Kodak branded case
