Thank-you for sending the item promptly. It is a great product. An Aromatherapist recommended I purchase one and I was not disappointed. It is great not having to change water or be concerned with a naked flame. The diffusion of oils is beautiful and instant.

I have used all types of diffusers from water based to mist waterless and this is my favorite one. It does not cause damp issues in your home and you can control the strength of the smell you want. It also acts as light white noise with a little fan noise that is smooth. This is my second one and fills my entire house. I am a parrot owner and this is the safest way to diffuse the oil without the heat, obviously using only safe and organic oils that are non toxic to birds.

This is a wonderful gadget. Pretty quiet too. It looks exactly the same as the one by Tisserand but without the price tag. Works very well in a medium size room although I highly recommend using more essential oil that the instructions indicate is necessary. Very happy with it and the service from the supplier.

Great wee machine I find I have to put a lot of oil in it as the smell doesn't seem to last more than a few hours. A bit noisy I thought it would be quieter as I use it in my babies room, however I have had it on all night with olbas oil in it and it doesn't seem to disturb him....

I'm very pleased with this - I use it to keep my house smelling fresh - a bit of a tall order with 3 dogs - I love that it is all natural ie using essential oils - and its not a plug in - heaven forbid! there is a bit of a noise from the fan but its nothing much and it does make a difference.

I bought this as a substitute for plugins in the kitchen, its ok as you can choose your own fragrance, but I find the smells are not as consistent as a plugin.Also to get a decent oil you can pay a lot of money, but I suppose they do last as you only need a few drops.It does work well in a small bedroom for a eucalyptus decongestant for a child.Its okay, nice to have but don't think I would buy another if it breaks.

I am sorry but my original review on this product I only gave one star by mistake. This is a brilliant product I bought for my grandaughter who seems to always be very snuffely at night. Using it with olbus oil is great and safe much better than burning candles. It has helped her breathing and wouldn't be without it.

Diffuses smell for about an hour and I had to add quite a lot of lavender oil and hardly any smell.

Funciona bien, el aceite debe ser de muy buena calidad para que salga olor , sinó no se siente mucho.

Une diffusion par ventilation à froid : les huiles essentielles ne sont pas chauffées et gardent donc bien toutes leurs propriétés, pas de soucis pour changer de parfum en cours de journée, appareil très silencieux ... que du bonheur pour un prix raisonnable !Dommage qu'Amazon ne propose pas les cartouches de rechange (qui se souillent quand même à l'usage).J'en ai trouvé sur le site de Neroliane (mais les frais de port pour la Belgique sont assez élevés :-((Addendum : il est possible de laver le filtre à la main avec une lessive liquide (Wipp Express), les odeurs ont quasi disparu et le filtre est redevenu plus blanc et bien décrassé (= solution économique ;-)

Parfait, permet de faire ses mélanges d'huile essentielle avec une grande facilité.Ne chauffe pas les huiles. Le mécanisme simplissime, un filtre et un ventilateur, promet une longue durée de vie ou au pire facile à réparer (changement du ventilateur). Un vrai bonheur.

Colis reçu sous 1 semaine.Ce diffuseur est en fait un ventilateur qui permet de disperser les huiles essentielles répandues sur le PAD situé à la base de cet appareil.Après avoir acheté des brumisateurs qui se cassent au bout de 6 mois, j'ai souhaité passé à un autre système de diffusion d'huile essentielles.Cet appareil étant basé sur le principe du ventilateur, il devrait être plus solide. De plus, les propriétés des huiles essentielles sont aussi conservées car elles ne sont pas chauffées.Ensuite, le PAD est fixé en dessous de l'appareil et ne nécessite pas de démontage de l'appareil pour répandre les huiles essentielles, c'est simple d'usage.Par contre, ce diffuseur est avec une prise anglaise, ce qui est étonnant puisque ce site est dédié au marché français, et à aucun endroit dans la description de cet appareil cela est précisé. J'en ai donc fait part au vendeur afin qu'il puisse y remédier (au moins le préciser).Ainsi, j'ai investi dans un adaptateur de prise anglaise (disponible aussi sur amazon), le prix final de ce diffuseur est donc légèrement augmenté pour rendre cet appareil utilisable.
