Feels so good, even if I’m sore from the gym, I’ll put it on afterwards to create long lasting effects like helping with soreness, great tingling sensation. Feels like I put my workouts to the next level! Even tried it while doing sit ups and bridges, feels great! Incredibly easy to use and I would say responsibly priced.

The quality of the product is so poor. One of the small pad has already stopped working in just one use. The eletrodes on the sides of the abs pad are not working at all. Also the gel pads dont stick well.

I used to be generally skeptical of any muscle simulators. Been hearing about it for a while now, so decided to give it a try this year. Shipping was very fast. Packed out nicely. The battery has to be charged, but it is very fast. Put it on, it's very intuitive. Set my favorite mode, open tense. I feel my muscles contract when you laugh. After 20 minutes, remove. When I woke up the next day, my muscles felt a little sore. It does work! I have high hopes for this device to tighten my belly! ! ! great product
