The pictures and description shows 4 screws and 4 bolts. 8 screws came in package, also no screw tip driver was in bag. I made it work, but Not. As. Described.

Simple screws and screw plates....
The screws are nice, but my car only accepted screws for the top of the license plate. Not the fault of this product. I am sure I could come up with something for the bottom 2 holes and screw into car someway.I basically used this kit to use 2 machine pan head screws, but they were the right size.
