Great product!
Why did I wait so long to purchase this??? Great value for what it cost! It cuts your time and cuts your veggies so perfectly! Quality is great as it is very sturdy. Just be careful not to cut yourself (especially with the mandolin). There's a tool that comes with it, so be sure to use it. I made the mistake of thinking I'd be ok and... well, I wasn't. But, still totally worth it!

Best thing I've bought in ages
While it's a bit of a pain to clean out, with things getting stuck in the "teeth" that help push through the blades, I don't regret buying. It goes through just about everything I've thrown at it so far! A little iffy with dark, leafy greens and anything with 'chewy' fibers like meat, but it makes quick work of everything else.

It works well but takes a bit of time to clean.
I’ve wanted one of these type of choppers with the container underneath, for a while. This works well, except for tomatoes, which is explained in the reviews. It is extremely sharp and even though I knew that from reading reviews, I still cut myself pretty badly on the thumb. I cannot say enough how careful you have to be when you’re washing the food off. If you could wear a special no-cut glove, it would be worth it. Sometimes the food does get stuck in the grates of the chopper, and even with using the little tool that comes with it, it can be really hard to get food out of it by handwashing, which I usually do with onions so that I don’t have to chop those by hand. Those small pieces get stuck in the black grid part on top and in the blade part. In that sense, sometimes it seems like more work than using other choppers. I can’t remember if it’s dishwasher safe, but that would be the way to go, just be really careful when taking the blades of the top shelf of the dishwasher. I read ALL the reviews on this and other Fullstar choppers.

lovely little chopper
I love this chopper. I have used it in the dishwasher many times without fail, but it did deform once after a dishwasher cycle (likely because it was on the bottom rack and got too hot). I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement part promptly. It chops great and is very sharp. All the attachments are pretty useful.

This little machine is GREAT!!! So many attachments and strong. You name it, this machine has an attachment to chop/slice it. I am really impressed with the quality.

Great Safety Feature — No More Finger Cuts!
I love this mandolin! The safety guard is a game changer — I no longer have to worry about accidentally cutting my fingers while slicing. The blades are sharp and work so well for everything from veggies to fruits, and it’s easy to adjust the thickness. The design is compact and easy to store. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a safer and more efficient way to slice! You definitely will get your moneys worth in this product.

Very helpful prep tool
Last minute purchase made to help in food prep for a family graduation party. It made through what I needed cut. I would buy it again.

It's a hand saver! But I have an issue...so this review is a work in progress.
I totally love the chopper, but I only use the 1/2-inch and 1/4-inch dice. I bought the 11-in-one model September 2024. My ligaments are unstable in my hands and this makes cooking so much easier and less painful. Plus everything is cut uniformly, making it look more professional than usual. To get cubes of potatoes for soup, for example, I run it through to get french-fry shaped, then I lay 6 of them across the blades and cut again for cubes. It's accurate enough that this technique works!Recently, one of the blades in the 1/4-inch dice pulled off-angle while I was cutting a red onion, as shown on Amazon. There is no model number on the chopper or on the instruction manual or other paperwork that came with the chopper. I'm starting with customer service to make a claim. Hopefully it's still under warranty. If not, I'm going to need help figuring out whether the replacement blades work, because without a model number anywhere, it's impossible to tell. If this goes well, definitely going to raise it to 5 stars. If not, I'll add pictures from my phone. It would be a good idea to put a sticker with the model number on the User Manual.
