Easy and amazing!
Great suction, but be prepared, as even on low setting, it pulls thin rugs right off of the floor. Eats them like a little Eagle bird eats fish. I still would Highly recommend this vacuum. It suuuucks!! Floor and the rugs it doesn't accordion look great. It does a good job with sand and dog hair. The stair tool and the duster tool are amazing, and it floofs the stairs up very nicely as it vacuums them. The duster has soft bristles making it great for really dusty items and small debris. the crevice tool is very good, although I wish it narrowed down more at the tip. The extender crinkly hose is GREAT I LOVE this accessory, because it makes maneuverability so much better when using the attachments. The detachable batteries are FANTASTIC and so far, I haven't needed to run both down even in a 2100 sq ft. cleaning area. The battery is very easy ti change out and the vacuum itself is very well balanced for a stick vacuum.

quality
I am writing this review nearly a year later. I bought it last July. I wanted to give an accurate review. Now I can honestly do so. This little cordless vac is a great vacuum. I have cats and dogs, live in a sandy state. The suction power is great it is easy to you , the battery life is holding up. Thank you and I am happy to give it a five star.

GREAT
I wanted a sweeper that I could use to clean the tops of my cabinets and that would work as my household sweeper without scaring my cat. I have one cat that is petrified of the sweeper we originally were using. Results of first two uses:1. The attachments actually attach without me having to look all over the house for the last place I used them. There is even a wall mount included.2. The floor sweeper works on carpet and uncarpeted areas AND best of all it reaches under couches and beds without hitting the underside.3. The extensions help to get under many lower profile furniture items like dressers and shelving.4. This sweeper is SO LIGHT, you can lift it climbing a ladder or over furniture.5. It has different settings of suction power that help control noise. The first time I used it, the cat who was petrified of the other sweeper actually came out and cautiously followed this sweeper!6. It has a light on the floor sweeper so you can see if you've gotten your messes such as pet hair or crumbs up in darker areas of your home.7. There is no spinning attachment for furniture; however, I have found the bristled attachment that does not spin just as effective as getting pet hair off furniture as the spinning kind we had before. It does take a little more effort, but not much. The ONLY reason I gave this four stars is because the battery needs charging so quickly. After using the sweeper in three rooms (including pet beds and a chair), it needs charging. I plan to check on getting another battery.

Great Vacuum
Love this vacuum, I am happy I went with the 2 batteries so I can switch without stopping my work but one battery lasts me quite a while. And I love how it stands without needing any support. Been using it for close to a year now and it’s a great one to have around.

Despite my research and reading reviews this was a waste of money
I did my research, read the reviews, went with what we thought was a reputable brand name. In the end purchasing this Hoover vaccum for hundreds of dollars. Splurging and hoping it would last us a long time. Unfortunately it’s been a horrible experience. After only a few months the plastic on the vaccum wand cracked, and the vaccum no longer worked. We contacted Hoover directly and they sent a new wand. It was annoying, being without a vaccum for 2 weeks and then having to install the new wand ourselves, and frustrating that it seemed like a cheap part to break so easy, but we thought maybe it was a one off and we’d be good to go. Not so much. A few months later the fabric of the hose tore. Literally just while turning the vaccum around a corner it tore. This is now twice during normal vacuuming that a basic part has broken. Only the second time now we have been battling with Hoover for two months, and they have not been responsive. So we no longer have a vacuum we can use, nobody is responding to us, we have no replacement parts, And we are beating our head against the wall trying to figure out what to do next. Apparently keep fighting with Hoover to get them to honor their warranty and respond to us. Only six months and we have had two major issues with this vacuum. And at present I cannot vouch for Hoovers customer service or their warranty. I am so mad, so disappointed, and will NEVER buy a Hoover again.

Buy it, you won't regret it.
We recently bought a split level house with wall to wall carpet. Hubs wanted a vacuum he could carry up and down the stairs easily. He also wanted something we could vacuum the stairs with. The big Hoover wind tunnel I have just wasn't built for stairs. I am fan of Hoover, I bought my big hoover about 12 years ago and it is still going strong, so I am a bit biased. My husband is a gamer/techie, so I thought a cordless vacuum would be up his alley. The battery life is great. We can vacuum almost the entire 3000 sqft house on one battery. It is light weight and easy to carry and does a great job with all of our dog hair. There is a lot of it, we have a husky, a malimute, a malinios, and a pomeranian, along with a cat and a ferret. It is easy to empty and the brush roll is easy to remove and clean. The attachments are easy to use and dettach and attach. Very intuitive to use. We did buy a 2nd battery. It was worth it. My only complaint is the vacuum comes with a wall mount for it and its attachments, but there is no wall mount for the battery charger. Command strips to the rescue!
