Proscenic Removable Lithium-Ion Battery P11 Smart for P11 Smart Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

It didn't fully, or even partially, charge. Useless. They don't even bother packaging it and it's brandless as far as I could tell.

I bought this as a replacement after the included battery on my P11 vaccum stopped working as it used to, dying even on a full charge after just two months of light use.When I went to change them over I noticed the new battery did not click into place, looking at it I realised it is poorly made for the slot with a wonky attachment that does not stay. Very disappointing that the batteries on this product are defective, I am unable to use the vacuum

I love this vacuum as the suction on high is great. It also depletes the battery a lot faster so an extra battery is nice. I received the battery right before I was in an accident and broke my back. I did not do any vacuuming for quite a while but when I did, I realized the extra battery was bad. I took 6 months for me to contact customer service but they still replaced the battery. I just received it and it works like a charm.It did take them some time to get back to me when I called but once I started working with them by email, the customer care team was awesome and always got back to me within a day.

Muss leider sagen das dieser Akku besser ist als der vom Händler mit gesendete Original akku.

Po trzech tygodniach użytkowania po pełnym naładowaniu czas pracy to około 3 minuty. Nie nadaje się do użycia. Towar wadliwy

Faccio questa recensione dopo circa un mese di utilizzo, la prima batteria (quella originale) è durata un annetto e mezzo, questa per ora funziona bene, l'unica cosa che ho notato è che se lasciata sempre sotto carica attraverso la scopa montata a muro, perde un po di carica nel tempo (ma potrebbe essere solo una mia sensazione).

Me ha parecido un poco cara para lo que es y a pesar que la original no me ha durado ni un año.
