Liquid Flux & Liquid Solder Paste Soldering KIT (eg. IPOD Ipad repair) (grey)

Got it for a job I thought it would do. But ain’t used it yet will let you know what like when I use it

I bought this to fix connections on old iPods and mobile phones, and it worked a charm. However, I’ve since found out that I should have been mixing the two together prior to application! There were no instructions supplied, so I was wetting the area with the flux, and applying a small dollop of solder paste to the area. Then using my 50 watt soldering iron, just touched the mixture and it bonded instantly. I don’t know what the hypodermic syringe is used for though! if it’s to use with the two components mixed, then they would have to be extremely diluted to pass through the needle,

I used this stuff to solder small components onto brass sheet and it worked extremely well without leaving too much excess.

just what it says on the product info, easy to use and apply, I didn't encounter any problems using it.

Reasonable value for money, it could have been more generous with the solder paste. Having said that I knew what I was buying.

Seems to work

There are no mixing ratios, which if you have never used this product you really need. I will know have to waste some to work it out. Not good customer service, all for the sake off a small piece off paper.

I really needed an information sheet on exactly how to use it as I do not know what proportions of flux to paste to use, A little guidance would have been helpful.
