Easy to use. Once a time is set, only need to press the On/Off button at the bottom and the heater or fan (whatever you're controlling) and the device will run for the selected time and shut off. Also makes for a bit of a night-light, but if you need this to be in a darkened room, like in a bedroom, then the blue lights may be an issue since there's no way to turn them off (that I know of). But inside a bathroom, this timer is great!Beware using other timers that are not rated for the wattage / current that a heater draws. I purchased a well known name brand timer before this one that indicated it could be used for heaters, but that one could not handle the current draw of a bathroom forced air heater, so it went back. I don't know why GE indicated on the packaging that it could be used for a heater!This one, however, meets the current/amperage needs of our 120 volt forced air in-wall bathroom heater just fine.

Easy hook up with white common ,don't have to use it.had to set the sensitivity down,I would buy again.

These work great! When I discovered that vent fans were one of the leading causes of house fires, I knew that I wanted a timer installed. These look so much better than the old knob style timers too! I just push my desired time, and then the “on” button and that’s it! No more stressing about a fan possibly being left on. The white color matches white switch plates perfectly. Very “high-end” looking too.

Works very well and gives the best timed intervals. The blue light does shoot through each option…but you can tell which one is which.

Timer works well. Good time range. The "always on" blue LEDs are a bit irritating late at night in a dark bathroom. Would be nice if they could be shut off after a period of non-use. The LEDs are also a bit hard to determine which is on unless you are looking at them from the same level as the mounted switch.

I installed in two bathrooms (fans) and worked as should be.

Quality is not what I was expectingm. LED indicator light bleeds into the others, a lot of times hard to tell which one is on. Plus I found one these had turned on by itself (nobody else was home at the time) and 20minute and On/Off LEDs were flashing. I cannot find any info what that means. But I am worried that it may not have turned off the fan after 20 minutes. What if this happens when we are away for a few days? So now I am worried about leaving them installed given that it came on by itself and showing an odd behavior. No mention of this behavior in the manual or troubleshooting section.So I am disappointed, wasted my time installing these timers. Now I need to remove and return them.
