Is this old formula of aveeno?

The illustration shows the old style bottle. The new recyclable pump bottle is more difficult to use and leaves about half in the bottle when it stops pumping. I have emailed Johnson and Johnson but no action - just an offer of £10 off next purchase. Seems to me they do not take action on customer feedback.
