Toxicology in a Box 1st Edition

I found these flashcards to be very entertaining. They make it easy to memorize otherwise complicated material. The imagery is very memorable and at times, hilarious. I recognize various pop culture references that Kloss and Bruce make as I am a product of the 1980's.As a designer and artist myself, I recognize the high level of quality of these cards. I really enjoy looking at them and would highly recommend this set. It even makes for a great coffee table book, even for people not in the medical field.

Great resource for doctors studying for exams and medical students. Coming up to my Emergency Medicine Fellowship exams we have all used these as a great, visual learning aid to help us pack our brains full of the important tox points. The front of the cards are bright and memorable whilst the back is packed with information. These are currently taped all over my house and when asked a 'tox' question I can visualise the card in question to help jog my memory.Thanks Brian for the fantastic resource!

I bought these flashcards to help me brush up on some of my toxicology knowledge for PA school. I think the cards are very straight to the point with hilariously entertaining drawings. I enjoy looking at them and reviewing, while being entertained by the pictures. These are worth the money to have as a review on a subject matter that usually isn't as well covered as others.

5 stars for this box full of cards which display in very funny but comprehensive drawings an endless amount of toxidromes an other syndromes. A very clever visual way for learning and memorizing patterns, having lots of fun in the meanwhile! Very usefull for eg. emergency physiscians (as I am).Seen on Life in the Fastlane blog, no regrets on buying, highly recommended!

I thought this book was a fantastic method to get standard toxidromes and good general inform in an easy to access format.

If you want to understand toxicology, that's the way.It's easy to remember.Although not the most updated but it's great for more than 90%

Very well thought out, entertaining and interesting! Dr. Kloss is an amazing person and I can't wait to see what he puts out next.
