It is incredibly important for me to have it to sleep. I can't sleep without it and it's been. More than a year I'm using the same mask.But the size of strap is constant u cannot increase or decrease it i.e the length of the strap stays constant so pick your size according to your head size

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Brought it for my brother, he says it's nice and very comfortable. It fits him well, and he was able to sleep better. Though he only gives a four star because light apparently slips in through the cracks of the eye mask.

Very soft, the elastic is good and not too tight.Getting deep sleep when I put this on. Ready liked it

It's comfortable and all BUT it doesn't do the basic function of completely blocking out light, I think I should have ordered black one, but I expected this even if externally pink, to have a black layer.The darkness is not complete if you are in a normally lit room. There will be slight pink light, minimal but present.
