Poweradd Pilot 4GS Plus 20,000mAh Portable Charger Power Bank with Micro Input 3.6A Output Compatible for iPhone Samsung and most other Phones and Tablets - Red

I bought this as a gift for my partner a year and a half ago. The power bank is well made and has held up to lots of punishment being thrown around in my partner's handbag. The product is pretty heavy, but it is to be expected for its size and capacity.It has a lot of charge capacity, although I'm not 100% sure it meets the quoted 20,000 mAh, in our experience when new it seemed to charge an iPhone 7 about 5 times (which suggests 10,000 mAh) this is completely anecdotal and is by far the best capacity power bank we have used and we are definitely not disappointed with this, especially for the money. It is also worth noting that it does take a VERY long time to fully charge the power bank, as it is such a large capacity, it takes up to 24 hours to reach full using a standard lightning charging cable and apple USB adapter connected to a wall outlet. Over time the capacity has decreased as you would expect from any rechargeable battery, but over a year later and not particularly taking great care of the product and its charging cycles we can still get 2-3 full iPhone charges from the power bank.The single best feature of this power bank over other we have used in the past is the ability to charge lightning cable, it means that for iPhone users you can take a single cable with you on trips to charge the power bank and then you can use the same cable to charge your phone from the power bank.Overall I am very happy with this power bank and if our current one dies I will happily purchase a replacement.

At first I was delighted with this Poweradd; fast recharging of ipod, ipad mini, Kindle and Fire, although I only charged one item at a time. However, purchased mid September 2018, at the beginning of March it suddenly refused to take a charge and is now only useful as a paperweight. I did contact their customer service department for help but had no reply. There seems to be a small percentage of buyers unlucky enough to suffer the same experience. Caveat emptor!

I brought this but sent it back. It was bigger and heavier than I thought it would be. Not ideal if you want to carry something around on a day to day basis, but no doubt would be ideal if holidays that can be stuck in a case.I actually changed it for the smaller 10,000mAh version that is a lot more practical for my needs.

Oh yes,Was working fine but after 6 weeks a liquid start linking from inside the device through the USB port.Sad, was a nice working device.

Great item, had this item for an yr now, it does take awhile to charge however once it is fully charged (7+ hr) it has managed to charge my iphone 6s and 8 over 10 times from flat battery to fully charged and charing the phone only takes 30-40 mins using the 3.5 outlet, the greatest thing about this charger is u can use ur iphone cable to charge the power bank if u dont have a micro usb around.

Must have a faulty one, used it once and charged once, worked fine. But now needs charging won’t charge, used all micro USB and even bought a new one and used multiple different plugs. And won’t charge at all ? Just nothing, couldn’t come at a worst time as I need it for a festival.

Stopped charging while I’m travelling and desperately need it. Buy from another manufacturer, if you look at reviews and questions, this one is prone to faults.

Better late than never - I bought this little device more than a year ago and am only writing the review now. Grin... I simply could not NOT write the review as it saved my bacon more than a couple of times on my last trip to Scotland. The powerbank is versatile, and effortlessly charged more than 1 device, for long periods at a time. The charge seemed to last forever. It is heavier than other banks I have used in the past, but simply out performed all of them, and then some. Highly recommended.
