Q: Does anyone know where i can get a replacement valve? I accidentally bashed mine with a length of timber and broke the housing.

Find the company and ask them. Alternatively look for some sort of threaded bush with nut(s) and rubber washers at a plumber's merchant that allows for the adjustable valve spindle to go through but also seal against on the inside of the bush. I'd recommend taking what you have of the old valve along to show what you need. Many threaded plumbing connections can be used for other things!

Q: Whats the difference between the P30 and the S30?

The P30 kit includes the DUST COMMANDER classic cyclone and a 30l plastic barrel.The S30 kit includes the DUST COMMANDER DLX ESD cyclone and a 30l steel barrel.

Q: What is the overall height and width please

The actual height is 31 inches by 12 inches hope this is helpfull

It will pick up fine dust but more than usual will go into the vacum cleaner. it is clamed 90% will go into the Dust Commander and 10% into the vacum cleaner but with find dust i would say that 20% of fine dust will go into the vacum cleaner it is still better to use the Dust commander than with out it
