It works
It catches moths and dust. Didn't think I would see that many moths.

It works
Ok so granted I used this without bothering to purchase the little plastic holder, so it probably didn’t catch as many moths as it could have! However, I put a couple of these in a bedroom where I’d seen moths, and when I checked a week later, there were dead moths on both. And I’ve hardly seen any since. So, they work! Probably want the plastic holder if you have a big infestation though.

Works well
Good for getting rid of clothes moths in the summer when they are active

Okay
Sticky on one side only and so not perfect replacements in free standing moth traps. Okay but not perfect.

Moth Trap refills
Like many we are constantly in a battle against carpet/ clothes moths. These refills for the demi diamond pheromone moth traps are a reliable indicator to show which corners etc the little blighters currently favour and in what density. Sadly you will never completely cure the problem with this method but used with regular vacuuming and a moth spray of some sort you can keep them at bay. I also recommend storing woollen clothing etc in ziplock bags.I have even seen similar traps being used in the exhibition rooms of a prominent London art gallery so clearly a widely used method.

Good but think about position
There are moths in the carpets of my rented house and I put one of these in each room. The most lucrative caught 16 in four weeks! So I'm quite impressed, but think carefully and play about with positioning - e.g. males tend to fly so you could put them on a mantelpiece or place them near to where you think eggs and larvae might be, which could be on the floor. The aim is to stop the life cycle by catching the males.

Brilliant!
As someone whose home is besieged by moths for six months each year, these are a life saver. The moths just flock to them. It's surprising how many moths there are when you see them on the adhesive strip. I totally recommend this product if you have a problem with moths.

Doesn't seem to work
The refills are easy to insert into the holding boxes - or to use by themselves suspended by a tape or thread. However, sadly, they don't seem to work. We positioned 6 boxes around our house (cost about £24) and we caught a total of only 2 moths - and who knows whether or not that was just chance. Perhaps we have the wrong moths!
