I’ve been using cups for over 10 years and have tried several different brands but this cup is the worst. I tried it as soon as it arrived just so I can compare it to my old Lily cup - I wasn’t even on my period. The moment it unfolded inside I instantly felt really strong pressure and seconds later - abdominal cramps, just like if I were on my period (even though I’m not). I immediately pulled it out and not only those cramps persisted for nearly an hour, the actual opening of the vagina been hurting for the rest of the day.Yes, this is bizarre and makes no sense as my old Lily cup is actually about 2mm wider and yet I don’t feel it at all, nevermind the pain - I never had it with any other cup.I have did some googling and it seems that I’m not the only one. Plus this cup has a weird unpleasant smell straight out of the box and sterilising + washing with a soap didn’t help.I don’t know if there’s something wrong with the item I received however it’s not eligible for a refund which is messed up.
