We've bought two different sets from this brand now. Although pricey they have been played with so much. The trend is for wooden food, we have the lot, wooden cakestands, cookies, pizzas, cakes. It all looks lovely, but some of it is heavy. My granddaughter isn't the most delicate with things yet, she's just turned 2. So we thought we'd give these a try and read lots of reviews on American amazon as they aren't as popular here in the UK. They are well used by the little one, she recognizes the foods, they are foods toddlers really eat. Not like normal plastic food but like thick rubber material so won't get squished. They can be washed too which is a bonus. I thoroughly recommend this range of toy food.

Bought this for Lunar New Year play and was really impressed with the quality of the product. It has been well played with and is sturdy.

Bought these toys for my niece when she turned 2 years old and she absolutely loves them. They are durable and easy to clean and she hasn't managed to swallow anything as the pieces are quite large.

Still in every day use after 2 years of play (from the age of 1.5 to 4) - very happy I bought these, good quality and nice looking products (even though plastic which I didn't want initially). Also nice collection of different foods on this package.

Lovely set, the blue take away box is a little bit hard to open and close for a 3 year old, but it is good quality, would be very hard to break while playing with it.

Cute play food set. Get quality and realistic, as usual. Nice variety of chopped food pieces. Soup pot is a nice size..Not too small, not too large, perfect size. This is another great set you can use in combination with other sets. For example, you can add these veggies to the stir fry set. You can add food pieces to the soup from other sets like the corn on the cob from various sets. The soup has 3 huge pasta noodles but if you have the pasta set you could add some of those noodles. Or add some of your soup veggies to your pasta set. That's the best part of all, the more sets you collect, the more options you have! Also, this set includes bowls so if you're missing bowls in your learning resources dishes collection, you have them now!

I’m a grandma of seven and have a playroom in my house. Learning Resources play food isThe only brand I’ll buy. Its realistic and well made. The kids are loving all the international food such as, edamame, tacos and sushi. I recommend any food set made my Learning Resources.

I was a preschool teacher for many years and was exposed to Learning Resources toys during that time. Now that I’m retired and babysitting my grandsons I knew where to look for good quality and cute learning toys. I’ve now purchased a couple of different cooking play sets because the youngest loves pretend cooking. This pasta set is adorable! And because the food pieces are made of a flexible material, not cheap hollow plastic, they stand up to constant play as well as look realistic. Highly recommend
