This belt is fantastic, it has relieved my sciatic pain almost immediately. It is comfortable to wear. I am always a little dubious of the claims made in relation to joint support items as they are often a poor fit or just not stretchy enough. This belt however is perfect and I cannot praise it enough.

You can make this as tight or as loose as you like. Fits well and gives me a lot of support especially when standing and cooking. It’s a good size and you can’t see it when wearing trousers or skirts. Does the job well.

Only had it for few weeks so far I am very impressed with the whole package.Eased SI L5 lumbar pain and, compression of the spinal cord.Bought many supports this is the first one that has made a significant difference.My measurement is 38" and have the Regular size. So comfortable I forget I'm wearing it.

This was something I purchased on a "i've tried everything else' scenario and to be honest, so glad I did... It takes a little time to get the perfect position and tightness but once you do, it's magic and releaves the immediate sharpness of the pain. I have tried wearing this all day but guess eveything has it's limitations - it did help, but started to get uncomfortable as the day wore on.As a note, I do wear a T-shirt under just to keep it off direct skin and this helps with overall comfort. It warms the area nicely but will sweat if it's sunny or you are out and about... but not enough to be concerned about or uncomfortable. I have also worn it over jeans and it supports just as well. Would I recommend - Yes, it was a nice surprise that the belt works as well as it does... and delivers on all the promises. Thank you

I was advised to use this 24 hrs for 6 weeks. But it was not possible to sleep with this. I used it for a long road trip, pulled at tightly as possible for sitting. It was definitely helpful and it was easier to stand and walk around after sitting. If you are slim and slender it might also be helpful when walking around. I am not slim and slender so I found it was harder to keep in place during activity. The reason I have not allocated more stars is that the fabric was not great on my skin and it became itchy after a few hours of wear. I can wear it over light clothing for the car and in the home but not outside. But it has been helpful and after 6 weeks I continue to use it.

Great quality product. At first I thought it was too big, because I didn’t appreciate that the side tensioners could Velcro over the top of the middle join (it can’t on the one I had previously). Once I realised this was the case, it goes as tight as I like. Good width in the band providing the support. Throughly recommend.

I was sceptical at first but once I had this on for a few hours it gave me the support my other belts didn't. after wearing it for a few days I noticed the pain had gone down dramatically (I have a slipped disc in L4 & 5 but also had the S1 joint inflamed as well). One thing I'd say is wear it on top of clothing as I found it irritated the skin after a days wearing it. Would recommend though.

Stays in place and easy to adjust. Some sweating if worn directly on skin. Some delay in using toilet if worn over clothes. Offers some lower back support for short periods.
