Toilet Seat Placement
Update:Turns out my contractor had installed the toilet seat incorrectly. I contacted the seller which sent me a youtube video on how to install the seat, very easy. There are 2 silver buttons on the hinges, press that, remove seat and the two silver cover plates, adjust the screws so the seat is right at 4-1/8" (can be more for yours, but i wanted to match exactly with center of seat cover), i used a power drill. Seat looks great now. See the difference in the last picture how seat sits down flush with the bowl, compared to before where it was too much or too short.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------OLD REVIEW:Great small toilet for our newly renovated bathroom, flushes great, and bowl stays clean. My only issue is that i cannot seem to get this toilet seat to close where it sits flush with the bowl, it is either almost an inch over or under. I had to settle for an inch over because when seat adjusted back it will not stay up for the guys. Little upsetting because I am adding an inch to the overall length and the whole purpose of buying the toilet was to save 3-4" over a traditional toilet. Also when i adjust to an inch over you can see the metal seat cover attachments from above (see attached picture). I have reached out to the seller and will update my review from 3 to 5 stars if we can get this seat issue resolved.

Amazing engineering! No wasted space for a full sized toilet.
My master bath measures about 5x7ft. I designed a glass shower that angles to incorporate tons of storage, and we installed an IKEA 24" wall mounted gloss white sink. Being able to see the floor under the sink and in the angle'd out section of the shower gives the illusion that the bathroom is bigger than it really is. Finally, I needed a tiny, but full sized toilet. This is the best deal out there. It saves space where it counts, but is full sized in the seat and overall height. Granted, it's not something you want to sit on for hours, but it's perfect for when you want to maximize space in your bathroom. It installs just like any other toilet and conceals all the screws nicely. It took me a bit to figure out how to install the toilet seat, but once it's in (OH YEAH, IT'S A SOFT CLOSE TOILET SEAT AND LID) it is solid. It's made of very heavy duty plastic that feels like metal. Anyway, with a tiny bit of water, this think flushes hard! I'm going to order replacement insides just to store them until they are needed some day. If you have a tiny bath and you are claustrophobic, buy this!

Great until a few months pass...update again 1/4/20
UPDATE AGAIN 1/4/2020A zero star if I could now. I toilet shouldn't fail and leak after less than a few years. The seat has been tightened once every three weeks or so due to moving. Luckily, but unluckily, I have very long skinny arms and can reach around and barely tighten it.The toilet is also now leaking. I have to either uninstall and re-install it with a new wax ring or replace it. Since it is so corroded now where the button is, the basin is stained, and the seat is constantly getting loose, I'm leaning towards a new toilet now that I'm finally finishing the full home renovation. A 3 year full gut job. No matter what, for over $500, this should be a toilet that lasts. It was professionally installed and has deteriorated since installation. I'll post additional photos. My 3 and 5 year old nieces love that it is their size toilet, but won't use it because the seat moves and scares them. They prefer the big toilets in the other two bathrooms.------------I originally gave this a 5. Loved the design and fit the space great! Now, a 1 star.-Self cleaning glaze...no. Not at all. I use this toilet every few days. Crud/algae started to grow on this "self cleaning" glaze.-Seat looks neat. However, if difficult to get to stay in place. I've tightened it multiple times and fear over tightening and possibly breaking it. I do like the looks of it.-Flushing mechanism/buttons have started to oxidize (see the green). I do not think it is lime around the flushing buttons because they are not in contact with water. Plus, none of my other fixtures in my home have this issue. Maybe water is evaporating from the tank, causing oxidization by the buttons and causing them to get damaged (turn green) and look horrible. It is like flushing with green salt crystals around the buttons. See some of the green has broken off and ended up in the tank too. The metal was not given a protective coating. If it had one it would not be green. The buttons crunch, the buttons lose their chrome finish leaving a $500+ dollar toilet looking link the bargain bin scratch and dent model. This is HORRIBLE quality. I'm disappointed. I really wanted to love this expensive toilet!
