Nice Bag
I do home repair and carpentry for a living so the right tool carrier is as important to me as the tools. I do not use a heavy tool belt. Can't stand them. I used to use a heavy old wooden box, then went to a retired 5 gallon drywall bucket, then went with the relatively new tool "bags". As in an open top handled carrier with inside and outside divider pockets. Been through four so far until this one.I started with a 12" long canvas type bag with soft handles. Similar to the ones you get when you buy a cordless tool. It was impossible to find anything as it was never really 'open'.I then bought an 18" long hard bottom bag with a rigid handle (don't remember the brand) and found i tended to overload it so it became insanely heavy...and simply too big. Plus the pockets didn't last long before they ripped.I then went down to a 10" bag (this one a 'Husky' from HD). It gets cramped as it is a little too small. Plus again,it has a problem inherent in a lot of these bags - the outside pockets get shredded and eventually just can't hold the tools. I got used to it's size but it didn't last a year before the pockets came apart. Then i saw this unit and just based on the pictures and description, rolled the dice and went for it. I opted for the smaller (15") of the two...the other being 18". It is expensive ($50+) but at least not as much as the Veto bags. I got it today and already transferred my tools to it. I liked that the pockets were double thickness and and there are a ton of them outside. But inside there are only 6. I found that kinda odd. I love that the rigid handle swings out of the way, but is also latched into its upright position. The handle is also very tall which is good. The bag sides are tall which is also a plus and the outside pockets seems to be a good depth as well. The light is pretty cool but seems a little gimmicky. I'll have to report later as to it's actual usefulness. The size, for me anyway, is perfect. (I'm starting to sound like Goldilocks i know). Anything over 15" is ridiculous in both how heavy it gets and how bulky they are.So far so good but i guess two tales of the tape are still to come - it's longevity (although it sure feels robust) and how convenient the pocket layout and features are (won't know until i use it in the field for a few days). It's seems like a great bag, but i held back a star as it is a little pricey compared to most bags (except again, the Vetos) and the light seems a little silly, and the small number (and small size too) of inside pockets.UPDATE 3-31-13 - I have used this in the field for 3 weeks now. I really do like it. I have to refrain from overloading it as it will swallow up anything you want ...like my Milwaukee M12 drill and impact driver....and it just gets too heavy. But that is not a slam on the bag (in fact a credit) but more an issue with me. The bag is wide and i love the tall handle, which also swings out of the way. I am settling in to the pocket configuration, even with the small number of inside pockets. Once you find the right place for all your tools, it simply becomes a matter of almost reaching blind into the bag for what you need. In other words, you get used to the bag and whatever weaknesses it may have once you have found that 'sweet spot' of each tools natural resting place. Tradesmen who use a lot of different tools several times a day know what i mean. This bag will give you many options for layout without being too big to lose things. Again, this refers to the 15" unit. We'll have to see down the road as to its toughness.UPDATE 8-15-13 - I said i would update down the road as to the bags toughness. Well, it's okay , sort of. The pockets and clips, bag bottom, side supports and handle itself seem to be fine. However, the latch the keeps the handle in the upright position broke. So now the bag handle will not stay in the locked upright position. Not a big deal, but it was one of the features i liked- a hard fixed handle. No more. Then a few days ago, one of the rivets (that's right, rivet) that actually holds the handle in place broke and yeah, it was a mess. I drilled it out and put a beefier nut and bolt in its place. I have deliberately not overloaded this thing and it is starting to show issues after only 5 months. The saga continues....

Good bag, but bad strap set up
I like the bag itself a lot, well made and sturdy and plenty of pockets. But the strap set up is poorly designed. Within a very short time both clasps on the stral bent anf broke. I changed to a much stronger strap with better clasps. But then shortly after the cloth strap with the D Ring that the shoulder straps hooks to ripped. Both sides did the same thing. Now I cannot use a stap at all and have to use the handle or put over my shoulder

great service bag
I really like this bag. I put all my basic tools in this one. I wanted a service bag that wouldn't get loaded up and too heavy. I do a lot of residential service and its just too tough to be lugging in large toolboxes and bags all day. I did away with the shoulder strap. The led in the handle is very cool (works great in dark boiler rooms). My only gripe with this tool carrier is the handle. Its a bit too bulky. It's kinda too round. By the looks of it, it would seem that it was comfortable to just grab and go. It's not. The plastic is a real handful. Bag is totally worth the money though. I still love it. Hope this helped.

Great home tool bag!
Great tool bag for around the house! Exactly what I was looking for and my wife is happy that I’m not leaving tools here and there. Make sure to select Prime delivery!! Amazon defaulted to “standard delivery” for some reason = took longer.

Great tool box - needs to be packed before shipping - put a note into vendor to pack well or major scuffs
This is an incredible toolbox. It is manufactured very well, super strong and the light is like the sun. You may want to ask the vendor to pack the item since it doesn't come in a box. Mine was put in a very large box without packing so by the time I recieved it, it was very banged up. Would definitely not recommend the vendor but the tool box is really great.

I already own one of these and it's a great tool bag as a plumber to have majority of the tools you use everyday in own bag. Could careless about the light though
