New Easter cat collar. Includes yellow buckles and detachable chick bell charm and Easter bunny charm and bell. Adjustable from 6-11 inches. Made with cotton for lightweight comfort. The buckles are SAFETY buckles, meaning they release easily when pulled on. They also can be released by pushing in the side clasps. If the cat collar catches on something, the cat's struggling action will cause the buckle to open, freeing the cat. They should not be used with leashes. They release at approximately 2 kg (4.5 lbs)of tension. The chick bell is loud, but we believe it's part of the charm.
