Q: Hoe to make the vacuum work?

First you need to charge the batteries. Once they’re fully charged, install the battery on the underside housing. If you want to vacuum, you need to attach the long tubs into the side of the unit for air flow. Then attach the included collection bag into the front air inlet port. Then it’s ready to vacuum by pulling the trigger on the handle. Your product should have come with an instruction manual. If it didn’t, I’d recommend contacting the manufacturer through Amazon or directly.
