works a treat.I used it as I stopped making bile after many courses of antibiotics.The Dr's did tests on me and scans and all seemed normal.I tried this a s a last resort and 'bingo'.Normality has resumed after 8 months!!Solgar are a top brand.

I've been trying to get hold of Solgar bromelain tablets and thought I'd finally found them. The tablets are an excellent product and I've had great results with them before. The product I ordered said they were tablets but these are capsules. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'll give one star for them reaching me on time but I can't give any for a product that isn't what I believed I was sold

To be honest, I haven't noticed any difference while taking this one. I bought them hoping to help me deal with spike proteins, but didn't notice any difference. Perhaps, I should take them longer, but then I've changed the brand for something cheaper and increased the dose. Now, I think I see a slight improvement and I'm happy I found something less expensive.

I like using Solgar products because of the high quality, and that they come in glass not plastic.

I have bought this supplement because it was recommended for bruxism which I have for many years and it cause inflammation and it was very difficult to swallow. On the reviews somebody else was having the same problem but I didn’t take seriously because the magnesium tablets I take are huge. Those one not very huge but for some reason I couldn’t swallow even if i do, is somewhere there I can feel it, then stomach pain start but I was determined to take because I was so much in pain but unfortunately it make my pain worse!! I am not taking anymore is just waste of money!!
