Best Intra Out There
I have been taking and researching supplements for over 10 years now, and this is the best intra out there. Nutra Bio is a great company that is 3rd party tested so you can trust their products. This is the only intra that contains the proper amount of all ingredients, and on top of that includes the arguably more important EAAs. Some of the flavors are hit or miss, so I would stick to ones you like until you get tired of them. I don't always take this product, but when I have extra money for my supplement budget (after a PWO, creatine, and protein), this is the first I reach for

Not the best tasting product.
Flavor idoes not live up to all the hype I read about before ordering , ingredients look solid, prob won’t purchase again.

I use it Post Workout
mixed with my protein shake. and WOW the difference in recovery is amazing. Highly Recommend. I do not use it Pre because I work out on empty Stomach.

Great Product as with all NutraBio
First time using IntraBlast as I normally use ALPHA EAA. Like both equally as well. Great flavors and effective formulation!

Clumpy
I previously purchased this product at a supplement store and loved it. When I ran out, I returned to the store, but they were out of stock, so I decided to purchase online. Unfortunately, although its same flavor and brand, this time it doesn’t mix. I have to heat my water first in order for it to dissolve. It’s fine after I dissolve in hot water, but I’m not always gonna have hot water on hand. This is only my 2nd container, so I don’t know if this is a fluke or not.
