Used for work, so I wanted something cost effective and light. I wanted to avoid over-ears because they can get uncomfortable if used for long periods of time. These are a kind of middle ground that I find very comfortable sitting on your ears but not over them so you still have awareness of your immediate environment that can be lost with over ears. The mic is great and completely flexible to fit for comfort. It is also very easy to rotate out of the way if not needed.

Very impressed, I plugged in the headset and everything worked ... which is my absolute favourite experience. The headset is very comfortable, sound quality is great and the microphone is not only ergonomically pleasing, but works well too.

Plugged these into the laptop and they worked straight away. No need for a driver or change in settings. The adjustable ear pads make them really comfortable to wear and the sound is crystal clear. The cable control for volume, mute and hang-up is a great bonus. There is also a generous length of cable and the mic position is fully adjustable. Overall a great buy. They seem to be a reasonable build but time will tell how robust they are.

Headset arrived a day early fine and was securely packaged. Plugged into Windows 10 laptop and short set up process occurred. Used the microphone to dictate a letter in Office 365 Word worked very well and tested some music files. Once adjusted headset very comfort and lightweight. Would highly recommend this headset.

This was an OK item, bit heavy to wear but didn't last, several months of daily use should not be all that comes out of £40+ set, I was expecting it to last couple of years. Seems my expecations were too high. It suddenly lost sound, resetting zoom etc. does not help, I can't hear a thing, so yeah get it if you need a set for a short period of time.

The headset was packed well and easy to install, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I made a conference call lasting 30 minutes and I didn't realise I had it on. It's light weight and easily adjustable to meet your requirement.

Very good headset for clarity. I'm a bit deaf, have lost speech frequencies. These headphones are great because they don't unnaturally amplify the bass. The foam padding has a hollow in the centre, I can also fit my hearing-aids under them. Mic is good, flexible arm is great, but very sensitive pic-up: don't put it too close to your mouth or the listener will hear every breath! Overall very pleased. Have recommended them to other people, who are also fans.

I bought this headset a while ago to support my new working approach (mostly from home now) as my previous headset had broken.Although it comfortably fits on my head, and to my knowledge the microphone quality is fine (nobody has complained at me), the audio is shockingly awful. There is a permanent strange effect on the audio causing all sound to feel "off", as if something is wrong with one of my ears (I think the waveform might be completely inverted in one ear), and every now and then the audio coming from the headset is replaced by an unpleasant distortion. It's a shame, as the physical headset itself is comfortable and the controls are easy to use.

Product has great sound quality and is perfect for Microsoft teams use at work.

the headset looks and feels good with ok sound quality especially for the price however, after a while is has problems picking up audio when you talk. I use discord a lot and my picture lights up green when I'm talking (picks up audio), and I noticed it wouldn't light up sometimes. I have to rise my voice and speak up so it picks me up when I'm talking or repeat whole sentences and sometimes even then it still doesn't work. Its kinda annoying but it only does it every now and then which doesn't make it a deal breaker but its something to note. Overall you get what you pay for.

Great headset with good sound and comfort!

Great value with easy to use controls and easy adjusting figment.Sound quality would be much better if the over the ear pads were larger. They are used for calls and web meetings so sound quality is not critical.
