No it doesn't it for things like lasagne and cottage pie that don't require a lid.

What is the exact depth of this dish?

the inner dept of the Pyrex dish is 5cms

If my pyrex glass has an air bubble within, is it still safe to use or will it explode? Should I return it...

I looked at mine and there is a pinprick size air bubble and has not exploded, even though it is used nearly every day in oven temp 180-200. If your bubble is bigger I would return it to be on the safe side. Better safe than sorry. Hope this helps.
