The silicone coated handles fold away for easy storage and allow each piece to fit inside one another, a great saving on space. Unlike similar cookware sets the handles on our pots and pans lock into place when open or closed. This prevents them from sitting against the side of the pan and heating up during use and provides better stability while you are handling them. The 7.5-inch fry pan is larger than what comes with most kits and makes cooking for more than 1 person a breeze. You will also notice that the base of our frying pan is textured. This provides a faster, more even heat transfer and also gives the pan a non-slip base which is excellent if you are cooking on an uneven surface.
