Small, heavy but great!
A really great looking, and more importantly brilliant performing, cast iron roasting pan. A little on the small side but it is already quite heavy so not sure how easy it would be to lift/carry if it was much heavier. A really classy alternative to the other ubiquitous Le Creuset.

Beautiful and sturdy. Ok for a small whole chicken. Perfect size for family of 4 crumbles, baked pasta etc.Is quite heavy but as made of cast iron, to be totally expected.

Beautiful quality
It is quite small but we decided to keep it because of the quality of the pan. So we use it for roasting the potatoes rather than for roasting the joint.

Staub Rectangular Roaster
I love Staub quality and have been hankering after one of these for ages having coveted one from afar at a much higher price elsewhere. Its because they are such a fab price that I bought two, its a seriously gorgeous bit of kit, very versatile and extremely sturdy so buy with confidence.
