Very comfortable and easy to put together. Good quality for the price.

Pros: Seat is comfortable, headrest is good, lumbar support and headrest are both easily moveable for support, the rocking ability is great.Cons: The highest the seat can go is still far too low for me, and I'm only 5'8". A taller person, or someone with particularly long legs, will find it uncomfortable, and a shorter person would probably struggle as well since they will be quite low on the desk. The arm rests are not comfortable at all. They are padded, but it's so thin that it does nothing, and the material is rough enough that it actually took a layer of skin off my elbow, just from resting them on it.Overall, the seat is serviceable, and not the worst value for money, but I will probably be buying a new one sooner or later.

Did not feel very sturdy and very uncomfortable. I ended up using the chair part of my old chair as the problem was with the gas lift and not the chair as such. So I have a box full of unused plastic chair bits. A Waste of money but you live and learn. I would not recommend

Easy to install I only took 15 minutes by myself, different from the previous chair, the design is very different, sitting very comfortable, the cushion is very thick, can make me long-term office people feel relaxed, the handles on both sides can be adjusted to the height, there is also a sponge on it to make the hand lean on it also feel comfortable, will not be hard state cold, the seat can be adjusted to a very good high, can also let my son use to do his homework, good products are worth recommending, the price is medium and worth having，I love this office chair, highly recommend.

Absolutely awful chair.Looks nice, initially felt comfortable but after just a few minutes I came to realise the whole thing is tilting to the right when I sit, and tilts in different directions when I move around. After a thorough assessment it seems that it is down to terrible design. For some ridiculous reason one of the holes that the little support bar inside the plate goes through is far too big, giving it plenty of room to move around and tilt the chair to a slant. Why, just why would they allow for such a stupid design flaw? The most annoying thing is that it's the one part of the chair that you can't get to / take apart as the bar has no head for a spanner or anything, so its just stuck that way.Shocking to be charging this amount for what is probably the worst chair I have ever experienced. Sorting out a refund.Don't waste your time and money with this utter rubbish. Invest in something higher quality with a better reputation.P.s the fabric of the chair also came with various dents and bits of damage.

Love the ergonomic design which helps my posture while at my desk. It’s light for an office style chair and easy to put together. Arrived quickly after order. Price is very reasonable for this sort of chair. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
