Frustrating but amazing!
Hello! This book contains both a wide variety of task suggestions (explain earth to an alien, count the number of squirrels you see in a year, you know, usual stuff) and an absolutely enthralling, overarching puzzle that will have you tearing your hair out in the best way possible.Plus, the introductions to each section of the book provide some great bits of Taskmaster lore for fans of the show.

Great for the brain and soul.
I bought this on October 9th and started working on the clues. Once I hit a wall I did some of the tasks. One task is record an audio book for a friend. I did a mystery book my nephews love. They ask for ‘Auntie Ali’s spooky book’ on the drive to school. Such easy, caring things that this book reminded me to do.

Alex Horne is an evil genius.
Nice! This book has been consuming my life since it arrived. I’ve spent hours solving clues and scouring the internet for videos and bridges. It’s very telling that I took several days to wind over a mile of thread into the image of the author as a way to relax. (And to complete Task #98).

Incredible television program and a wonderfully infuriatingly fun book!
I am a huge fan of the television series Taskmaster and am currently in the midst of the Hunt for the Head; quite thrilling I must say. The Tasks in the book as well are fun and give a feel of what the show features. I cannot speak highly enough of the television program. Alex Horne has made something very interesting, enjoyable, and humorous and does a great job as the Taskmaster's Assistant. Give Taskmaster a watch and get this book so you too can search for the Taskmaster's Head (Ding!)

Genius. Unique. So much fun!
This is 2 books in one. First, the treasure hunt. So imaginative, infuriating and entertaining! I've spent many nights up late, losing track of time, trying to figure out the clues. If you like escape rooms, puzzles, real-world treasure hunts, then this is a must-buy. Unlike any book I've ever come across before. The second side of the book is the tasks. This part is largely the same as the previous Taskmaster book. However, what I noticed about these tasks (more than I noticed with the previous book) is that so many of them really seem to encourage you to broaden your horizons, learn new skills, try new things, think a different way... Even if you are just trying the tasks on your own, you'll be left with all these new personal benefits - not to mention the usual fun and joy you would expect from Taskmaster!A truly extraordinary book, well worth a buy!

Fiendish, devilish, frustrating but cant stop
A good way to fill up extra hours. The initial clues are hard but possible. Following those however are a series of easy then impossible until you twist your mind into an Escher like form. Then easy then difficult again. Through the book i have googled so much, searched distant lands and learnt so much useless trivia. But the challenge is compelling and i must carry on to the end. I wont win the head, but i hope to finish.
