I was delighted with the quality of the product . I was unable to buy a cream tap in New zealand and the colour match was excellent. My big complaint was how very poorly packed it was to send 1/2 way round the world the inner box stayed inside the badly wrapped or sealed outer box by nothing more than a lot of good luck. Much more attention needs to be paid by making sure things are well taped up and sealed for overseas shipping

Very nice unit. Although specifications said colour beige it is more white in colour than beige. Also specifications say supplied with flexible tails, they are not flexible but copper tube. Had to purchase flexible tails locally.

Excellent seller really efficient

I bought this mixer to replace a 10 year's old one whose taps started being very stiff to turn. This unit arrived very well packed complete with 12 inch tail pipe, ready to connect into a 15mm OD copper pipe union. It was to the exact colour and fitted our sink beautifully. The taps are very smooth and easy to operate, however, we are finding the spout a bit stiff to swivel. hopefully this will ease in time.

Seemed too expensive for a cheap looking tap. Customer chosen for their kitchen and I wasn't impressed after all the designer taps i fitted in the recent years however I was impressed with the quality in my humble opinion. If this is what takes your fancy, it's a good enough tap that will last, again in my opinion

I have a very old sink which I did not want to replace and the purchase of this mixer tap seemed the perfect answer. I will add the description of ‘beige’ is not quite right, as the colour itself is definitely on the ‘whiter’ side. Apart from the colour, the tap is currently serving me well. I have read reviews that the tap loses its enamel after a short while, and while I hope this is not the case, I do feel that compared to the old unit that was taken out, this seems very flimsy.
