ENZYMEDICA Digest Spectrum 30caps (PACK OF 1)

I bought one kind of enzyme and received another one... Unfortunately I took some days to realize it and I was outside Uk 🤷🏼‍♀️To be honest, the one I received didn’t work for my gluten and lactose intolerance... I advice all of you to be careful and pay attention when you receive the item... double check the label!

Can’t comment on this, ordered it but then spoke to my doctor about it and because of a medical condition that I have, I was advised not to start taking it, not saying there is anything wrong with it generally though.

After eating a very low calorie diet my digest was extremely sluggish I developed a milk intolerance. These tablets have helped me a lot along with bio kult. Highly recommend these

I’ve had a really bad week with IBS pains and my prescription tablets were not enough, I then looked into digestive enzymes to help. The tablets were fairly easy to swallow with water and it eased my pain shortly after I was surprised- if you’re having a bad IBS episode it’s worth trying and it delivered the next day which was great as I was in bad pain.

i thought i would try a different make, but these were rubbish. Also you don't get many for the price of them either.Will not be buying again.

I'm sure these work wonders for some people but just one capsule caused me nausea and terrible acid reflux during the night. I tried taking them on a few occasions in case there was something else causing the symptoms.
