If you Meditate or just like relaxing to some calming music that takes you away this is definitely the one for you. I have owned this Cd now for a few years and have listened to it over and over for Meditations and it really does the job.

If you are into meditation and want music to help you to relax at a very deep level this is sublime. It has a steady drum beat which is like a slow heart beat playing in the background with is very effective as an aid to relaxation.
