Quality lancets
These lancets claim to be the least painful lancet in the market. I can’t really say for definite if this is the case but from the few times I’ve used these lancets, I can say they hurt less than some other lancets I’ve used. One of the problems diabetics have is poor circulation in the extremities. So sometimes trying to get a blood sample from your finger tips can be hard. You have to wash your hands and get them warmed up and then rub your fingers and flap them around to get the blood circulating. Then you prick your finger and hopefully you’ve done enough to get a decent sized blood sample. Sometimes you succeed straight away and sometimes you just have to keep trying. Well, with these lancets, you don’t have to do too much to get a decent blood sample. I’m guessing it’s the way the needle is shaped. In fact, it pricks your finger so well, you get a huge sample of blood. If I can get a blood sample on the first attempt, then it means I don’t have to prick my finger numerous times just to get one sample. I would recommend this.

No pain. But pin cushion left.
I have found these to be very painless. I set my Lance at 4 and find other hurt where as these don’t. But as can be seen it does leave my finger looking like a pin cushion. I think I can accept this and say pain free is more important for me.

Not painful at all!
This is my first time to buy this brand and I was not disappointed. There is no pain at all when you use it. Definitely an excellent buy!

Not good enough
I don't think these are the worse lancets, but compared to the original lancets, these are more painful. I bought these as a cheaper alternative as well as having high hopes for the claimed patent-pending technology but I found them to be mediocre at best. After one use I was left with a slightly sore thumb for days.
