These are durable and very easy to clean. The only thing is they are not as long as the traditional chaise lounge but I do like the material they are made of.

I received this chaise it came packaged very well but was missing the hardware package. I emailed customer service, and they responded within 24 hours and had the hardware to me within a week. Excellent customer service.The chaise was exactly as described, went together easily. It is on the shorter side, but exactly matches the dimensions they post. For me the scale and look fit my needs perfectly. It is a decent quality chaise. There is one suggestion I have, where the base of the chaise secures to the legs, the center leg on each side could use a nut and bolt to make the chaise more secure when moving it. I plan on adding that to mine.

I bought this chaise primarily for two reasons 1) the shorter length (70" vs the usual 75" or longer) and 2) the material. If you're a larger adult, this may not be the best size for you, but if you're smaller or have kids, this is great. I'm 5'4" and weigh 120lbs so it's perfect. I've had a number of wood deck chairs that have deteriorated, needed a lot of maintenance over their lives, and/or were chewed by squirrels so I am looking forward to the polywood. The chair is great quality and is pretty hefty considering it's plastic--it's surprisingly heavy, which means it won't get blown around here in coastal FL where it can get pretty windy. Assembly was easy--the instructions were very good. An important note about putting the arms on is to make sure you put the screw through from the inside with the nut/bolt on the outside away from where the back of the chair swings up and down (the instructions show this, but not clearly and there's no special note about it). A helpful hint on the hardest part of the assembly is putting the back on is to place the chair on its side so you can see where the holes line up to place the screws rather than trying to get them to line up with the chair sitting upright. As for why I can't give the chair five stars... When I ordered it, the color choice was "Navy Blue", but when the order was processed, it came up as "Azure Blue". Ciokea sells a couple other chaises (larger sizes, with wheels, with cup holder, etc) and they offer at least two shades of blue--one darker (which is what I thought I was ordering) and one lighter (I think there's also a teal blue, which is more turquoise). The chair I received was the lighter Azure Blue. It's okay, but I would have preferred the darker blue. I will say that Ciokea had contacted me about a shipping address issue before I received the chair and I asked about the color. Because my priority in this was the size over the color, I was prepared for the wrong shade of blue when it arrived. I did ask if the material can be painted in case I want to change it. Ciokea confirmed it can. Ciokea was very responsive to my issues so I would definitely recommend buying from them.

I love everything about these, but do buy cushions, they are not naturally comfy like fabric or PVC ones.Would def buy again though, tired of replacing the cheap stuff

I bought 2 of these for the pool deck, mainly because they're made of the same type and color of material as the pool deck itself. 5 stars for comfort as long as you add outdoor chaise lounge cushions as I did. Assembly takes some time but not too difficult. Just pay close attention to the pictures in the instructions or you'll be putting things in the wrong holes. All hardware and allen wrenches are provided, but the job is done much more quickly if you have a cordless drill with allen bits. They are quite sturdy as I am a rather (ahem) large guy but they support me just fine. I fully expect these Ciokea chaise lounge chairs will be here longer than myself which is all I can ask for!
