Lovely kit. Easy to take with you while travelling and handy booklet inside to explain the various remedies.

It' includes a number of Homeopathic remedies which must be used precisely. When this is done the response is phenomenal. Don't blame the remedy if you misuse it.. just call in a PROFESSIONAL, experienced Homeopath, and you'll see how amazing this system is.I used this collection as a back up for travelling...very useful, but, the vials are rather small and some remedies do run out faster than others. I'm not a fan of conventional medication so I have been giving this set a trial. It's great so far. I have used it for my toddler who is teething - I dissolve 1 pillet in a tiny amount of boiled water and wait for it to cool and then give it to him on a spoon. It's worked wonders and im glad i dont have to use calpol. I love that the booklet shows a range of ailments and you basically match a vial with the symptom(s).

This kit literally comes everywhere with me! I've had this about a year now and it has been SO handy for me and others that have been with me when I've had it on me. It was smaller than I expected, like others have said, I wish we could easily get the 36 kit, but you can get the 36 kit directly from Helios. My mum has also bought the pet kit now, which actually has more remedies than the 18.The book is quite basic (the pet book is more detailed) so I usually need to research online. Helios products are definitely one of the best! You can order replacement bottles from helios directly- they're £2-3 each, but order a few at a time as you'll need to pay postage.This kit has served me for things like bad food poisoning (works within about 20-30mins) and I have even been able to work after being really ill beforehand!! Menstrual pain, headaches (I need a stronger potency than 30c for severe migraines), colds, sore throats, bites, stings, bruises, panic attacks (works better than anti depressants ever did for me!), bad skin (if I have a hormonal breakout, I can actually wake up after taking silica before bed and its calmed right down by the morning), body aches and pains, I once had flu (1st time in my life and I changed the remedy according to the symptoms - eventually ending up with gelsenium. And from the start of symptoms with a sore throat, to feeling back to normal, i was better on the 4th day! Other people that had been going down with it around me were Ill for weeks)Homeopathy is not a placebo effect - if I havent got the right remedy based on my symptoms, it doesnt work. So if it was a placebo, it would work every time, right? I then have to change the remedy until I find the exact one that fits my symptoms, and when you get the right one, it works so effectively and quickly! Eg food poisoning incidents!We've seen the effects on our family dogs too. I had to nag my mum to buy the pet kit for their household (complete sceptic) and she now swears by it and tells her friends about it (from ear infections, tummy upsets, kennel cough, eye issues, etc.- shes been impressed)You cannot go wrong with this by keeping it in your household. Especially with children. Take at the 1st sign of symptoms or whilst waiting for a docs appointment (as one of the great things with homeopathy is that it can be taken alongside medication) and by the time your docs appointment arrives, you may not even need the appointment!So handy to have as a 'first aid' kit!
