I mostly just took a teaspoon a day of this but did notice a difference in my energy levels and my overall health. The thing I noticed the most was how bright and (shining?!) my eyes were! I'd recommend shaking the bottle each time as the last bit wasn't very nice haha! Definitely would order again, especially knowing the benefits of increasing Omega 3 in your diet. I could tell this was good quality fish oil, and it didn't have a fishy taste so was easy to take as a supplement.

Great stuff, I have purchased this brand for 4 years in its various forms. I have an untreatable ulcer, which this oil keeps under control. I no longer need to take medication, which has (omaparazol); this can cause early dementia as a side effect.High delivery charges and various price difference are not so good.Would recommend ****

I have tried many other omega 3 oils and this is definitely the best. No side effects. I take it with my antidepressant on an evening and my mood has definitely improved. Not cheap but highly recommended.

This is my second bottle. I love the lemon taste, doesn’t taste or smell fishy. Great product

Taste is ok, lemony and fresh. I feel quite healthy since taking this! I did a lot of research before choosing this product.
