Teensy Bottle, BIG Help
I've been buying Salties for a little while, largely bc I was looking for a cheaper Bu*y or hydration packet alternative. I've not looked back! The rebranding is super cute, and I noticed the electrolyte blend used now is a patented one. Flavor wise, I think it's even a bit more palatable, though it was subtle to begin with. The amount of drinks you can make more hydrating just from this teensy, not even 1oz bottle is great. Very helpful for a person like myself with a limited income and a plethora of chronic health concerns that makes staying properly hydrated a struggle.

perfect!
extremely funny to see folks in the reviews complaining of a salty taste….they are called SALTies, not sure what else you could possibly expect! I put them in my morning iced coffee, love it! I tried it in some water too and while you do indeed taste a bit of salt, it’s really not that much.

Love These!
My daughter needed to increase her sodium and electrolytes but hated everything we tried. Found these and they were the perfect solution. She doesn't taste them and I can tell it definitely helps with hydration and her sodium levels have been perfect.

Salties is a win for any breastfeeding moms out there!
I’m exclusively breastfeeding my third baby & Salties has been a lifesaver in the hydration department!Feeding on demand requires a lot of hydration, but just drinking a ton of filtered water actually flushes OUT the nutrients & minerals that every mom needs— which in my case, led to less energy & a drop in supply (not the best combo for a mom!)This time around I decided to really focus on my electrolyte intake— but there’s not a ton of options in the market that are free from added sugar & artificial flavors. So happy to have found Salties! I love the short & simple ingredient list— It’s the easiest and fastest way to remineralize my drinks on the go. I keep it in my bag & add it to my water or juice or whatever I’m drinking throughout the day. It’s helped so much—I’ve even been able to start working out again without any impact to my supply (this is actually the first time I haven’t had to supplement with formula which I’m really happy about!)**added bonus— I also add it to my toddlers’ water! I have 3 kids (3, 2 & 5 months) and now they all get to benefit from the electrolytes. It’s tasteless & free from all the junk that’s marketed toward kids these days— a win win for parents everywhere. (& I know it works because we just spent 3 days at Disneyland & had zero meltdowns! (Properly) Hydrated kids are happier kids!!)Highly recommend Salties for all the mamas out there!

Great!
Live in the desert and put this in my water when I’m outside a lot. Also have an old cat that’s at the end of her life and nothing else the vet can do for her other than give her electrolytes intravenously $$. Started adding this to her water twice daily and she’s perked up. Surprising, she loves it! Thought it might be too salty tasting for her. Doesn’t change the eventual outcome, but she’s more her old self without hundreds in treatments.

Easy hydration for my toddler
I use these in my toddlers water bottle everyday! Gives me peace of mind that he’s getting extra electrolytes specially in these hot days. He’s not a fan of pedialyte or drinks like that. Not even a fan of juice. But loves his water. So this is great and water does not taste salty if you use correct measurements

Animal Poison Control said NOT to give electrolytes to dogs!!
I intended to give the product 5 stars until I saw you are recommending that people give these to their dogs. I was just on the phone with animal poison control a few days ago about another issue and I asked if it was dangerous to share my electrolyte water with my dog and they said YES, IT IS DANGEROUS TO GIVE DOGS ELECTROLYTES because they can get too much electrolyte in their system too easily and have toxicity and they are especially sensitive to salt and potassium. And since you are giving that dangerous advice I'm wondering how accurate your health claims are for humans and if I should actually trust your product at all.And can you imagine the situation I'd be in if I followed your advice and your drops killed my service dog???? You clearly are not looking out for my interests.

You don't know what you're missing!
Get this electrolyte! I add a few drops to my water whenever I'm outside or working hard, and WOW it has made a difference. Oh, and my nighttime leg cramps have disappeared. I didn't even buy it for leg cramps!A friend once told me how he feels better on long walks/hikes when he adds electrolytes to his water. So, I thought I'd give it a try. I found these, liked the Great Salt Lake association, and decided to try. It made such a difference for me! Everyone I tell about these drops reports back similar experiences. Now, excuse me while I put some electro-magic-no-taste drops into my water and get back to work.
