I usually don't buy seeds on Amazon but these were easy. I got a lot of plants!

Cosmos is to pretty and easy to grow. We scattered the seeds outside in the garden. They sprouted readily and are growing fine. So pretty. And of course, the birds love to eat the seeds at the end of summer.

All the seeds I bought on Amazon came up last summer but these. I don’t know why.

But of this whole package, only 4 plants sprouted.

This is my first time growing cosmos from seeds, and I am super happy to see them bloom :)We are out in the woods and have lots of deer browsing our flowerbeds... they ate all other cosmos that I planted, but left me some candy stripes! I will be ordering more for next year :)

I am excited to plant these seeds in a few months. It's too cold now, but I am sure they will do very well when it warms up. There are plenty of seeds in this packet. It has a use by date of 12/2024, so they'll be good for months if I don't plant them all at once. The envelope has clear instructions about how to plant them and when to expect them to sprout. I have had good luck with this company in the past, and I know I will have some beautiful flowers in my garden from these seeds.

Candystripe cosmos from seed needs sprouted quickly. We planted in a raised planter in the back yard with netting over it to protect the seeds from birds. Within 3 days we had green leaves. The color is fantastic, unless you're planting a meadow you might want to share some of the seeds

No matter where I planted them, none of them came up. All my other cosmos did fine but these.
